We're Learning About...

Hello All, 

We have move on to the new unit about trees. Students will begin to learn about all the different aspects of a tree. To learning about the different characteristics of a tree to learning what goes on in the inside of a tree. We support students in their cognitive, creativity, and motor skills through our learning of trees. In this, students will:

Cognitive: use new vocabulary to describe what a tree looks and what their own tree looks like. Also, what are trees used for and why they’re important to humans and nature. 

Creativity: students will use the characteristics of a tree (branches, wood, leaves) to support their creativity of how to use them in different ways and how to use them through creativity. 

Motor skills: students will work on their gross and motor skills through the use of its branches, leaves, and wood.
